What is your exchange, refund policy?

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal and hygienic nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy. We are unable to accept products which do not meet your expectations.

We will only replace items which are found to be faulty. If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase. You should email our Customer Service Officer at service@adultheat.com.au and notify us of your intention to return the goods. We will supply you with our address. Please include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order.

Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.

GARMENTS

Unwanted goods - Adult Heat does not operate a 'sale or return' policy. Any credit for goods returned to us as unwanted will be less a 30% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions:

The goods must be unused
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
The goods must be received by us within 7 days from the day you receive your order
Items must be returned with original receipt details
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable unless faulty or incorrectly sent.

N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.

We do not refund if you simply change your mind

We are not a Costume Hire Shop, therefore there are no refunds on costume purchases.

If your size change is not available you may choose another item displayed on our website.

Specials can not be exchanged.

Pantyhose and Stockings can not be exchanged.
