How long will it take to deliver my order?
- All Orders normally ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt of payment. If
we have your item in stock we will ship it in within this
timeframe. Ifyour item is out of stock we will advise
you and give you an ETA. Depending on your global location delivery can take up to a week.
How will my order be delivered?
- Your order will be shipped in plain packaging via UPS.
How much does delivery cost?
- Any order you place with us totalling US$100.00 or more will be delivered anywhere in the world FREE OF CHARGE.
Orders less than US$100 will be delivered at the low rate of US$10.

Is it safe to use my credit card at Adult Heat?
- Yes! We utilise industry standard encryption to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. After processing your order, your credit card details are never retained. We never transmit insecure personal information over the Internet.

- We accept MasterCard and Visa.
What name will be displayed on my credit card statement?
- Your credit card will be billed in either US or Australian dollars and your statement will report your purchase as "eNETSII".
